Can I send a gift to someone special? Friends, Family, and loved ones?
Definitely! Our invoices won’t show any prices—just a simple itemized list, like a gift receipt. If you’d like to include a personal note, feel free to add it in the order notes before you check out, and we’ll make sure it’s highlighted for your recipient. Also, don’t forget to use their shipping address if you want the gift sent straight to them!
Do you accepts returns or exchanges?
We don't provide refunds, but if your item arrives with any damage, like a dented or scratched tin, we'll gladly send a replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at mail@chmrinkstudio.com. Include photos of the damage or issue so that we can promptly evaluate the situation and make it right.
Stolen packages, packages delivered to the wrong address, or entering your address incorrectly: Chmr Ink Studio cannot be held accountable for stolen packages, incorrect deliveries, or address errors provided at checkout. If USPS delivers your package incorrectly or it gets stolen, please file a claim directly with the carrier for a refund. We recommend using a secure and dependable shipping address to avoid these issues.
Always double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter the wrong address, your package will be returned to us, and there will be a $10 fee to re-ship it. This fee covers the additional shipping cost, as we don't receive a refund for the original shipment.
